Quiet

Image
The silent speechless part of my long day
Running backward trying to find the way
Going up the sharp incline
Looking for the center line
Staring at the blank a page
Knowing I need to engage
Then the image appears to me
The solace that hears my plea
The spark and glimmer that beckons the plight
The immense desire I have to write

I LOVE writing. As I love the physical act of writing as well. So much so that many years ago I made a personal goal to keep a journal and write letters to people and I have filled many journals and I have written at least 2 letters a week for many years. I really connect with your post.
